Jab maine WFHI ka software liya tha toh mujhe laga ki payment aur billing process straightforward hoga, par thoda alag experience raha. Invoice aur payment ke terms aur labels jo unke portal mein use hue the, wo mere liye initially confusing rahe. I had expected that har ek charge ya payment ka status clear aur clearly labelled hoga, lekin jo labels diye gaye woh mujhe fully samajh nahi aaye. Kabhi-kabhi lagta tha ki invoice item ka kya matlab hai, ya payment ke due dates kaise check karoon. Kuch recursive terms aur categories thi jo billing section mein thoda cluttered lagti thi. Main sochta tha ki thoda zyada simplicity honi chahiye thi, kyunki jo payment kartay hain unke liye clarity bohut important hoti hai. Thoda vaqt baad jab main portal pe baar baar dekhta gaya toh kaafi cheezein samajh mein aayi, par pehli baar mein yeh process mera frustration ka source bana.
