billing and payments? totally confusing, not worth it
Honestly, I tried finding what I needed about billing and payments but it was a nightmare. Nothing was clearly explained on the website or in the emails I got. Every time I thought I understood how invoicing worked, something else popped up that confused me even more. I kept looking for a simple breakdown but nope, didn’t find anything straightforward. Calls to support were hard to get through and when I did, the info wasn’t very helpful or clear. I’m just frustrated because I wanted the process to be smooth and effortless, but instead it felt like chasing a mystery that never got solved. I don't think I'll keep dealing with this mess, it’s just not worth the headache. Basically, if you want easy billing, this is not the place to find it.
