Billing and payments: straightforward enough, nothing special
Navigating the billing and payments section was practically simple. I managed to find the invoices and payment history without much trouble. However, the layout wasn’t very intuitive and I had to hunt a little to understand the exact charges. The payment process itself completed without issues, but I wouldn't say it was a seamless experience. The system did its job but lacked polish or added helpful features like reminders or breakdowns that would have made the whole routine easier to handle. As a tool, it served the basic purpose but didn’t offer anything beyond the minimum. Overall, the experience was okay for my needs but could be improved.
