On the other hand, I had to spend extra time understanding the billing cycles, what exactly each charge referred to, and how the payment reminders were scheduled. There wasn’t a fully comprehensive rundown in the initial onboarding, so I had to rely on some trial and error and checking emails carefully to get it right. The telephonic support was helpful when I called, but I didn’t want to depend on it too much for routine questions. Overall, I think the process is functional and not overly complicated, but I expected things to be a bit more straightforward and clearly explained before billing started. Still, with some care, it went smoothly enough.
