Billing and payment labels clear enough, great for those who keep track closely
I've always found billing systems in software quite confusing, but WFHI’s approach to invoicing and payments made more sense than I expected. The labels were straightforward — no fancy jargon or hidden fees. I liked how the invoice detailed the parts of the service, so I knew exactly what I was paying for, which is important when you want to budget properly. At first, I was a bit thrown by the layout, thinking there could have been a simpler summary, but after a few invoices, it became clear and almost routine. Payment options were also clearly explained during sign-up, so no surprises there. This setup, I feel, would suit people who are detail-oriented and appreciate transparency. If you’re someone who prefers things straightforward without needing to call support often to decode bills, this is a good match. On the other hand, those who want super simple one-line invoices might find it slightly verbose. Still, the clarity is a big plus in my book, and I’ll keep using it as part of my workflow calendar maintenance.
