Billed incorrectly every time
Mujhe nahi samajh aa raha kya ho raha hai is billing process mein. Roz roz payment issues aate hain aur main customer support ko baar baar call karti hoon. Har baar mujhe kahte hain ki issue resolve hoga, par kuch nahi hota. Ek chota sa reservation hai ki call support ka response thoda quick hota hai, par billing bas theek nahi hai. Frustrating experience hai yaar!
