Training ya onboarding ke time koi explanation nahi mili ki payment clearance ke liye kya exact timeline hai, jisse confusion badh gaya. Invoicing system theek tha magar communication aur response time bahut slow tha. Straight bat kahun toh pura billing ka experience frustrating, time-consuming aur unnecessarily tedious tha. Mujhe ye repeat karte repeat karte lage ki ye process serious nahi liya gaya hai.
