Seriously, jab support aur communication ki baat aayi, toh I was honestly ready for hassle but it was mostly straightforward. Haan, thoda sa khud se kaam karna pada initially, especially jab database aur calling tools setup kar rahi thi. Par training aur FAQs ne help ki thi itna ki zyada confusion nahi hui. Phone support bhi quick tha agar zaroorat padi toh. Mujhe lagta hai yeh experience easy nahi tha, but manageable thi, aur mujhe khud problem solve karne ka chance mila jo learning mein madad karta hai. Overall, it felt like ek balanced mix jahan thoda effort chahiye but support available hai jab zaroorat ho.
