Better than previous tools, mostly
Using this software compared to what I used before generally felt more efficient. The interface was cleaner and navigation required fewer steps to reach important features, which made daily tasks faster. The calling tools and dialer worked smoothly, without the lag I sometimes faced earlier. However, some terminology and labels were not always intuitive right away, causing minor pauses as I figured out how to proceed. The automatic updates were less disruptive than those on the previous platform, improving workflow continuity. The database feature integrated well with my existing data, which was a significant improvement. Invoicing and payment handling were straightforward and more reliable than before, reducing administrative hassle. Overall, the feeling I got was one of progress, though not perfect. I would say this software is a step up from what I had, mainly because it reduced friction in my day-to-day use, but it still leaves room for minor usability improvements. It is a good upgrade in many respects and has made much of my remote workflow easier to manage.
