Better than past experiences but could be more intuitive
I felt the training and onboarding process went well compared to other remote workflow systems I have used before. The materials provided were straightforward and covered the main software features clearly. The structured approach helped me get started without too much confusion or delay. However, I found some of the steps in the onboarding flow slightly cumbersome and not as intuitive as I expected. In past systems, I could set up calling tools and databases more quickly, while here it sometimes felt like extra clicks were needed. Despite that, I appreciate the level of detail in the training, which helped me get comfortable with the platform the first time. Overall, it was a positive step forward but leaves room for streamlining the user experience during onboarding.
