Better suited to patients, not for those needing fast help
Reflecting on my experience with the WFHI telephonic support and communication, I realize it wouldn’t suit someone needing immediate or very frequent assistance. The response times were often slower than I expected, and at times, getting through to a knowledgeable person was a bit frustrating. When I finally got help, it was decent but not exceptional, so if you can wait patiently and manage some delays, it might work for you. However, if your workflow depends on fast, continual communication and quick issue resolution, this might cause disruptions. The support team seemed stretched thin, and follow-ups took longer than acceptable. So I would say this service fits best people who can operate independently with occasional guidance rather than those who need proactive and rapid support all the time.
