Better suited for those who don’t mind unclear support
In my experience with WFHI, I found the support and communication aspects to be quite disappointing, which made me less confident in using their software and training services. The sign-up and invoice process was okay, but once I started the training and tried getting help, it was difficult to reach clear answers. The phone support wasn’t very reassuring, and explanations felt incomplete or overly technical without enough guidance. I often felt stuck trying to navigate the database feature and getting familiar with the calling tools. Automatic updates happened but gave little warning or explanation, which was inconvenient. Over time, this lack of clear, supportive communication made me hesitant to rely on the platform for smooth remote workflow management. I would say WFHI might suit someone who is already comfortable figuring out technical issues independently and doesn’t require detailed support, but for someone like me who prefers confidence from the start, it was not the best match. Ultimately, it did not build the trust and confidence I needed to continue using it fully.
