Better suited for those comfortable with one-time setup
The support provided during setup for the WFHI software was mostly limited to an initial phase and didn’t extend much into ongoing assistance. I got the impression that once everything was running, you’re somewhat expected to handle daily use on your own without too much ongoing help. The telephonic support line was okay at the start and answered basic questions about the initial invoice and payment processes, but when I reached out later for help on a recurring issue with the dialer tool, responses were slower and less detailed. For someone who is comfortable with a one-time detailed setup experience and then managing things independently, this could suit well enough. But if you expect continuous hands-on support or more proactive communication over time, this setup might feel insufficient. It’s possible that with more experience on their own, users might find fewer reasons to call, but that transition period was challenging for me. In short, the service seems structured mostly around an upfront setup phase without much recurring support.
