Better suited for patient users than those needing quick access
My experience trying to get started with WFHI software wasn't great simply because it took an unexpectedly long time to access the full features I needed. The sign-up process itself was not too bad, but the onboarding and training extended over several days before I could properly use the calling dialer integrated with their database feature. Even the automatic updates seemed to slow things down further and sometimes were not clear about what had changed. Telephonic support was helpful once I was connected, but getting to that point involved considerable waiting and follow-up. This drawn-out process might suit users who have the time and patience to navigate multiple support calls and updates, but for someone needing swift deployment to manage their remote workflows, it felt frustrating and inefficient. The billing and payments were clear enough, though that was a minor comfort within a slow start. In short, this is more for those who don't mind a slower ramp-up period rather than those needing quick results.
