Better handling of errors would improve training
The training program and onboarding experience were generally clear with one notable drawback: how errors or mistakes during setup were addressed. While the initial training sessions were well-structured and provided good guidance on using the dialer and managing the database, they didn't give much direction on troubleshooting when the software didn't behave as expected. For instance, when automatic updates caused some unexpected behavior, I had to rely mainly on the telephonic support team, which was helpful, but this felt like a separate process rather than an integrated part of the training experience. The invoicing and payment process worked as expected, and the sign-up flow was straightforward. However, if the training included more on problem-solving within the software itself, it would better prepare users to deal with hiccups. At times, I felt that understanding how to handle things going wrong was missing, which required extra time and external support. Adding that to onboarding could make the transition smoother and reduce dependence on separate support channels overall.
