From my quick look into the sales and pre-purchase phase, what I liked was how well the software see

From my quick look into the sales and pre-purchase phase, what I liked was how well the software seemed to align with my actual working hours. If someone works standard nine-to-five, I think this product might feel a bit rigid or not optimized since the call and database features require a kind of flexibility that not all full-time schedules have. For freelancers or part-time remote workers like me, the onboarding and the ongoing training fit cleanly around varied hours, which I appreciate a lot. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward and didn’t interfere with my schedule. Sure, the automatic updates come unpredictably, but they didn’t disrupt my workflow significantly. So I’d say this is a solid solution for people with flexible agendas who can adapt their working blocks, but maybe not the best match for strictly clock-in-clock-out types. That said, the dialer and database tools worked well within my timing requirements and I enjoyed using them.
