Best suited for those comfortable with self-learning and tech

I found the entire process mostly self-driven, which suited me since I like figuring things out on my own. The sign-up and payment steps were simple enough, but honestly, the real challenge was the software’s features and how to make the most of them without much hand-holding. The training helped, but a lot of details you’ve got to explore by yourself to understand the workflow properly. The calling tools and database features are powerful once you get the hang of it, but that initial learning curve might be steep for people who want everything explained extensively. Invoicing and automatic updates worked fine without needing much attention, which was good. However, if you prefer step-by-step guided support, this might not be the easiest option. So I’d say it works best if you're comfortable experimenting and picking up on the fly rather than expecting a fully managed onboarding experience. That said, once you’re familiar, it can save a lot of time and hassle in managing remote workflows effectively.
