Best for those who work fixed hours, not so much otherwise

Honestly, the training and onboarding provided by WFHI felt designed more for people with consistent office hours rather than freelancers or those with flexible schedules. The live sessions and step-by-step guidance aligned well with my regular 9 to 5 routine, helping me understand software usage efficiently. However, when my hours varied, it was tougher to keep up with the pace of the training, and I found myself catching up on recorded parts repeatedly. The dialer and database features made sense once I got the hang of it, but the timing of the live support calls didn't always match my availability. If someone works odd hours or prefers a self-paced option, this setup may not suit them well. That said, if your work hours are pretty fixed and you can attend scheduled sessions, the training is quite thorough and well organized. It's just a bit less adaptable for varying work routines, which I’ve experienced firsthand over a few weeks.
