My experience with the support and communication from WorkFromHomeIndia was quite mixed. Initially, setting up the software felt somewhat straightforward, but it became apparent that a lot of the setup required repetitive, one-off actions that were not clearly explained early on. I found myself needing to reach out multiple times, only to realize that many steps had to be handled by me without ongoing guidance.
