Best for Solo Freelancers, Not for Larger Teams
When I first started exploring the software and training offerings of WFHI, I was optimistic but cautious. The sales interaction gave me detailed demos, which helped me understand the product better, but I wasn’t entirely sure how it would fit my workflow. I think it would suit individual freelancers or very small setups best. For those who prefer a hands-on approach to onboarding and can handle mostly self-service, WFHI is quite reasonable. However, if you represent a larger team or want a more robust onboarding with tailor-made training sessions, perhaps it isn't as fitting. The confidence I gained by the end was moderate; I felt I grasped the essentials, but some things like database integration and calling tools didn’t quite come across as ideal for bigger or more complex workflows. Also, automatic updates are a plus, but it sometimes felt like certain features were half-baked. So I would say, if you’re new to remote workflows and work mostly on your own, you might find this offering practical. For a more complex setup, though, I’d consider other options that specialize specifically in enterprise-level needs. Overall, a decent choice but quite niche in applicability.
