Best for self-starters, not for close guidance
My experience with the training and onboarding was generally positive, but I had to figure out quite a bit on my own. The initial introduction walked me through signing up and accessing the software, but when it came to connecting the dialer and learning how to use the database feature effectively, I often found myself exploring without much detailed guidance. While the training sessions were well-structured, they didn’t dive deep enough into some practical scenarios, which meant trial and error was common. Though this approach might work well for people comfortable with self-directed learning or those familiar with remote workflow software, it might not suit individuals who prefer hand-holding or step-by-step coaching. The automatic updates did keep the software running smoothly, so I didn’t encounter outdated tools during my time. Getting invoices and payments sorted was straightforward, and the telephonic support was cordial but sometimes had delayed responses, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would say this is a tool best suited for users ready to experiment and learn independently rather than those needing constant support or detailed instruction through every feature.
