Best for self-starters, maybe not for everyone
I stepped into WFHI’s support and communication with reasonable expectations about quick and comprehensive assistance. However, the reality was a mix of satisfying and challenging moments. Although the telephonic support was somewhat responsive, I often found myself needing to figure out parts of the process independently, especially around onboarding and integration of the database feature. I was expecting a more guided experience, but the way updates were communicated required me to be proactive. For someone comfortable troubleshooting or learning through documentation, this might suit well, but if you prefer hand-holding throughout every step, this might not be ideal. Still, the software itself remained functional and the training had value, though I often wished the communication had been clearer. Overall, a balanced experience leaning towards those who don’t mind self-sufficiency when it comes to support.
