Basically, you figure out most stuff on your own
Thinking back, the initial sales and pre-purchase info was okay, but I really had to figure out the finer points of the software and training by myself. The sign-up and invoicing process was clear enough, but when it came to understanding how the dialer and database features worked together, there was less guidance. I only got real clarity once I started using it day to day, and even then some automatic updates changed things without much forewarning, so I had to adapt quickly. Support answered questions when I called, but mostly I was piecing it together on my own. So, explaining it to a friend, I’d say it’s a solid platform but expect to invest some time learning the details yourself rather than relying heavily on upfront explanations.
