Par mujhe appreciate karna padega ki unki sales team friendly thi aur bina bore kiye sab doubts clear kar diya tha. Jab tak main signup kar pati, thodi der toh lagi but overall process jaisa expect kiya tha waisa tha. Mujhe lagta hai ki agar thoda efficient ho jaye, toh waqt bach jayega aur customers ka experience aur bhi behtar hoga. Lekin sab mila ke, disappointment nahi tha ziada, just patience ki zarurat thi.
