Basically, it's okay if you know what you want
Finding the right package and information before buying felt a bit tiring honestly. I'd say it was mostly okay, but I had to look around and double-check quite a few times to make sure it was the correct software and training that matched my expectations. I guess that’s part of dealing with software options, but having clearer summaries of what each tier really covers would save time. The sign-up was less complicated once I had chosen, and the invoicing came through promptly enough. Still, every time I go back to check or explain this to a friend, I feel like I’m repeating the same details over and over. You do get telephonic support but I haven’t had many reasons to call since the online help and self-explanatory dashboards covered my needs when setting up the dialer and database tools. So, sum it up: it’s fine but it’s not a fast discovery phase for newbies.
