Bas support se frustration hui, baaki sab fail
Support ka experience mera bahut hi disappointing raha. Pehle jo doosri services le chuki thi, unki support thodi zyada helpful hoti thi, aur response time bhi better tha. Yahan mujhe lagta hai ki response delays aur unclear communication ke wajah se mera kaam ruk gaya tha, jo main avoid karna chahti thi. Phone pe baat karne mein bhi frustration aayi kyunki support team asli mein meri baat ko samajh nahi paayi aur baar baar wahi instructions repeat kiye. Training modules ko samajhne ke liye mujhe kaafi struggle karna pada aur onboarding ke duran bhi help milne mein problem thi. Mujhe toh lagta hai ki agar support thoda proactive hota, toh shayad mera overall experience better hota. Wo expectations jo mujhe thi unke hisaab se yeh kaafi neeche gira. In short, main disappointed hoon kyunki service ka quiessence hi support se aata hai, aur yahan woh missing tha.
