Balancing the wait with some clarity in billing
I tried setting up the billing and payments system with quite some hopes, but I kept running into repeated steps and a lot of waiting between actions. For example, what should have been a simple verification process took ages because of the system lagging or redirecting repeatedly. It felt frustrating as I wanted quick progress. On the plus side, when the screens eventually loaded, the explanations of payment terms were clear enough to understand what I was agreeing to. But that good aspect didn’t quite overshadow the constant delays which meant I had to keep returning to the same screens several times. A smoother flow would really help reduce the feeling of wasting so much time on something that should be straightforward. Overall, while the clarity in invoicing was okay, the repetition and waiting made the billing setup experience disappointing for me.
