Balancing the one-time setup with ongoing learning
When I first started with WFHI's training and onboarding, I noticed that a lot of the setup felt like one big push initially, like getting my database loaded and adjusting the calling tools to my style. That part was pretty straightforward though I had to pause a few times to get the dialer settings right. But then, as I used the software daily, I realized there were ongoing updates to the interface and new features that required fresh training sessions, which I wasn’t quite prepared for. I wasn’t sure if these were optional or meant to be part of my regular routine, so sometimes I skipped them, worried they'd slow me down. The automatic updates generally improved things, but on occasion, the changes felt abrupt without much heads-up. The telephonic support was helpful during those moments, though I wished the communication about what was changing was a bit clearer. Overall, I felt the onboarding mixed a big initial setup with regular lessons that kept the experience evolving, but it required me to stay engaged continuously, which could be challenging when balancing other work demands. For me, this combination was mostly good, just needing more predictability.
