Balancing the initial setup workload with ongoing support
Setting up the software initially took a bit more effort than I expected, partly because some steps felt one-off while others demanded ongoing attention. For example, database integration and dialing functions required manual configuration at the start, which was somewhat time-consuming but manageable. On the other hand, automatic updates rolled out regularly, requiring less of my input moving forward. The telephonic support was fairly accessible during setup, offering guidance that was effective but not always perfectly aligned with my specific workflow needs. Once the basics were in place, I found that the routine running of the software didn't need as much intervention, so the effort evening out quite well. However, some features required repeated calls to support because intermittent glitches happened, which meant the workload didn’t vanish altogether after onboarding. Overall, it felt like a fair balance between initial setup demands and manageable ongoing support, although I would have appreciated quicker resolutions for persistent issues so the effort wouldn't have felt as stretched.
