Balancing the hours worked — some good, some not
When I signed up, I was curious about how well the product would fit with the hours I actually work each day. On one hand, the sign-up and invoicing part was straightforward, and I appreciated that the payment process was flexible enough to handle my irregular schedule. The training modules made it easier to understand what I needed to do during those hours. However, on the flip side, some features like the dialer seemed more suited to longer or more consistent use, which didn’t quite match my routine. I found myself sometimes frustrated when the automatic updates would happen at times that disrupted my work flow, especially since I don’t use the software all day. The telephonic support was decent overall, but occasionally I felt I waited longer to get help when I was pressed for time. I guess it’s a mix — the product can fit, but it depends on how much you work and when.
