Balancing support strength against prior tools
Switching to WFHI software from the previous system had its ups and downs, primarily in terms of support and communication. The priority assistance was noticeably more responsive compared to what I was used to before, which helped resolve some queries faster. Their telephonic support team was generally patient and knowledgeable, though occasionally there was a delay in callback times that wasn't ideal when issues came up last minute. The onboarding flow was smoother here, especially with the training components clearly laid out, which felt better organized than the earlier tools I tried. However, the dialer's interface didn't feel completely intuitive initially; some features seemed buried under menus rather than straightforward, creating a slight learning curve that previous software handled more transparently. Still, the automatic updates eased maintenance burdens without interfering much with daily operations, which was a plus. Overall, I appreciate how WFHI improved communication channels but believe that dialing functionality deserves a bit more polish for seamless use. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward, but the system occasionally lagged behind in updating payment statuses, which could cause momentary confusion. So, in weighing good versus bad, I'd say the improvements in support are clear but dialing usability could use refinement.
