Balancing pros and cons about fitting actual work hours
When I first signed up for WFHI training and onboarding, I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling sessions, which seemed to suit my actual working hours quite well. The recorded sessions meant I could revisit parts when my day was particularly busy, which was very helpful. However, some of the live support calls felt a bit rigid in timing, sometimes overlapping with my peak productive hours. This clash made me realize the onboarding process might not be perfectly tailored for everyone’s unique work schedule. That said, the training materials are comprehensive and the step-by-step guidance helped me feel less overwhelmed early on. It also took me a few days to get fully accustomed to the software interface, but once familiar, managing the workflow became smoother. I noticed during the first week, certain updates improved usability noticeably, which boosted my productivity. Invoicing and payment were straightforward and transparent, adding to a generally positive onboarding experience. Overall, the timing flexibility is a definite strength, though a bit more attention to personalized scheduling could make the process fit better for varied work patterns. I feel confident using the platform now, despite these minor timing challenges.
