Balancing old tools with this new system: Pros and Cons
Reflecting on my time with the WFHI system, I found it quite different from the tools I'd been using before. The sales process was clear and well-structured, a definite plus compared to my past experiences where things felt rushed or vague. However, once I moved past the sales pitch, the onboarding took a bit longer than I remembered from previous software implementations. What I appreciated was how the database feature was easy to understand, which saved me some setup frustration. On the downside, the calling tools often lagged during busy periods, something I hadn’t faced before and it was quite annoying. The dialer sometimes dropped calls unexpectedly, impacting smooth workflow. Telephonic support was helpful but often had a wait time longer than I'd like. Overall, while certain aspects like invoicing and payment were hassle-free, the comparison brings me back to those older systems that were a bit faster to set up and navigate. It's a mixed bag really, considering both the good and the drawbacks.
