Balanced view: Some help, but not quite what I needed
I was quite eager when I first started looking into WFHI's offerings, hoping to find a clear path to understanding what the software could do for me. Unfortunately, I found the sales and pre-purchase information somewhat confusing and not as straightforward as I had hoped. While there were helpful features highlighted, it took me quite a bit longer than expected to find the specific details I was looking for. On the good side, there was a decent level of detail about training and dialing tools, which made me feel the product was well thought through. However, the overall navigation of the sales information felt cluttered, and I ended up quite frustrated before giving up. I appreciate the effort put into the content, but it would benefit from better organization. Despite this, I might revisit in the future if the info becomes easier to access or more tailored to my needs.
