Balanced view: quick start with minor glitches
When I first signed up for the software, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the initial access was set up. It took around two days for the onboarding to complete, which is fairly efficient given the depth of training involved. The dialer integration matched my expectations well and synced fine with my workflow, though I did notice a few minor lags when switching between calling lists. The training sessions support covered all the essentials, which helped me ramp up confidently. Regarding the database management, I found it flexible but it did require a bit of getting used to, especially importing CSV files. Automatic updates ran smoothly in the background without disrupting my daily usage, which increased overall convenience. The invoicing and payment process were clear though a bit slower than I anticipated – the invoices came on time but the payment acknowledgment took an extra day to reflect. Overall, while there were some moderate hiccups in switching contexts within the software, the speed of starting was satisfactory, and the support was readily available when I had questions. I'd say it balances out to be a pragmatic solution if you have a window to settle in before fully ramping up your tasks.
