Balanced View on Training Hours Fit
I found the training and onboarding sessions provided by WFHI reasonably tailored to the typical working hours I maintain. The modules were available during flexible times, which helped accommodate my daily routine effectively. The initial setup steps were clear, making the early phases less stressful than expected. However, I noticed that some parts of the training extended slightly beyond the hours I usually work, which sometimes caused inconvenience. Although the content was relevant and the flow logical, the length of some sessions occasionally felt a bit too drawn out for someone juggling multiple responsibilities. Overall, the onboarding process was well structured and did its job in preparing me, but a little more attention to timing would enhance its usefulness and ease of access.
