Balanced view on training hours
When I first signed up and started the onboarding process, I found the timing of the training sessions did not align well with my actual working hours. I was expected to participate at times when I was either finishing other commitments or resting, which made regular attendance difficult. However, I admit the content itself was straightforward and delivered in a step-by-step manner, which helped me follow along during the live sessions I attended. The recorded versions were also available, which is useful when my schedule conflicted. Still, I wished the training and onboarding hours were more flexible, or that there were options tailored to different working patterns. This mismatch created a barrier overall, reducing the benefit I could gain from the training material. I did appreciate the initial setup explanations and how they tried to cover all necessary areas. Yet, since participation was tied to fixed session times, it felt less accommodating than I hoped. Overall, while the training content met the needs in theory, the rigid schedule limited how effectively it fit into my real working life on most days.
