Balanced view on support - mostly self-help with some human touch
From my experience with the WFHI software, I would say that much of the support process required figuring things out independently, but there was some reassuring human assistance available when needed. The onboarding and training materials were comprehensive but not always instantly clear, so I often found myself experimenting with the calling tools and database functions to learn effectively. While this self-guided approach can be empowering, it means a user should be prepared to invest some effort upfront. The telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, providing clear explanations without rushing, which I appreciated. However, since it wasn’t always immediately accessible, there were moments when I wished for quicker responses. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment processes were straightforward and offered little room for confusion. If I had to sum up to a friend, I’d say the service balances independence with reliable support—though users should be comfortable navigating some parts solo while knowing that expert help is available if needed.
