Balanced view on sales clarity
My experience with the WFHI sales process was a mix of clear and unclear elements. On one hand, the overall flow was laid out reasonably well; I could understand the sequence from sign-up to invoice and had a fair grasp of the software’s capabilities, at least in theory. However, I felt some of the explanations lacked depth, especially around ongoing access rights and whether priority telephonic support was included by default or had to be paid extra for. The onboarding flow and training were somewhat glossed over during sales discussions, which left me guessing about how much time I’d need to invest. That said, the process for automatic updates was explained adequately, which reassured me about software improvements down the line. Invoicing and payment steps were straightforward and without surprises, and the support team was courteous on calls. It was a decent effort overall but left me wishing for more upfront clarity on some finer details, which would’ve made the decision easier to make confidently.
