Balanced view on fitting hours, some hits and misses
I was quite hopeful that the software would match well with my actual working hours because that’s essential for my workflow. On the bright side, the onboarding process didn’t take much time, which was nice since I could quickly start exploring the features. However, I found the call scheduler a bit off in terms of syncing with the hours I’m usually available. It sometimes set calls at odd hours, which disrupted my routine quite a bit. The support team was okay when I reached out, but I still had to figure out some adjustments on my own, which was frustrating. The database part felt manageable though; storing and accessing client info was as expected, so that part didn’t cause issues. Automatic updates happened smoothly which is a plus because I didn’t have to manually adjust anything there. Overall, while there were some useful elements like straightforward sign-up and a decent invoicing system, the mismatch with my working hours made the experience a bit limiting for me. I kind of expected it to be more accommodating to flexible hours but it didn’t fully deliver on that front.
