Balanced view on a sensible sign-up flow

When I first started with WFHI's sales and pre-purchase steps, I appreciated how the process followed a clear order that was easy to understand and follow. It started with comprehensive explanations and clear sign-up instructions, which helped reduce my initial hesitations. The invoicing and payment part came promptly after the sign-up, and I found these steps logical and well-timed, avoiding unnecessary delays or confusing overlaps. However, one downside was that some parts of the onboarding felt a little rushed or assumed prior knowledge I did not have, so I had to pause and review certain sections multiple times. Still, the automatic updates and introduction to calling tools during onboarding were neatly integrated, making it easier for me to get a feel of the system early on. Overall, the order of the steps mostly worked well for me, balancing efficiency with sufficient guidance. Although I encountered minor confusions, I would say the structure is sensible for those new to remote workflow software, with room for slight refinement to be even clearer for first-timers.
