Balanced setup experience, would consider again
I found the signup and invoicing process fairly straightforward, which was a one-off task that I appreciated. The ongoing software updates and training sessions felt necessary to keep things running smoothly, but they did require a bit of continuous attention. The training itself was informative and guided me through using the dialer and database features effectively. While the setup was a good balance of initial and continual effort, some parts occasionally felt a little repetitive, especially during follow-up assistance. Given the overall experience, I would still consider purchasing their services again if needed in the future.
