Balanced Review: What Worked and What Didn't
Reflecting on my experience with the WFHI software and the access it provides, there were clear upsides and downsides. For one, the dialer and call management worked well enough, allowing me to stay organized throughout the week. The onboarding training was generally helpful and easy to follow, although at times I found the updates unpredictable, sometimes altering features I had gotten used to. I had mixed feelings about the database functionality: it integrated well with some parts of my workflow but felt a bit clunky for others. Invoicing and payments were straightforward, but occasionally the telephonic support was difficult to reach quickly when I needed help. Overall, I felt moderately confident that I understood the system after some time, though it took a bit of patience. If I were explaining it to a friend, I'd say it's a decent remote work tool with room for improvement, enough to keep using but with some small annoyances.
