Overall, the software delivered on most of what I had expected before signing up, which is a relief since I was initially concerned about how well it would fit into my workflow. The dashboard interface is intuitive, and I could locate the calling tools and database features without much hassle. The automatic updates seemed to happen smoothly, keeping everything current without interrupting my work. However, there were a few moments when access permissions felt a little restrictive compared to what I anticipated, especially during multi-user operations where switching between profiles was not as seamless as I hoped. This small limitation didn't severely impact my daily tasks but was noticeable enough to mention. On the whole, the software feels stable and corresponds well with the descriptions given during the sign-up process. The training provided some helpful insights, although I felt some parts of it were assumed rather than explicitly explained. I appreciate the ongoing telephonic support, which helped clarify a couple of points quickly. While the invoicing and payment process was straightforward, I did have a brief moment of confusion about the billing cycles but that was clarified during support calls. So, this software matches expectations mostly, with just a few areas for minor improvements.
