Balanced experience: responsive but with gaps
The onboarding and training process with WFHI felt average overall. When I needed clarity, the team was usually prompt in responding, which made the initial learning smoother. They covered the basics like using the software dashboard and the database feature adequately over calls. However, some sessions felt generic and didn’t fully address my specific questions about the calling tools and automatic updates. The payment and invoicing process was straightforward enough and didn’t add unnecessary complexity. While the telephonic support did its job, there were moments I had to wait longer for answers, which interrupted my workflow. The whole experience felt practical but sometimes lacked depth or quick turnaround on some issues. It did the job, but I kept wondering if more tailored or quicker support could have eased the ramp-up period.
