Balanced effort to get clarity before committing
Before deciding to purchase the WFHI product, I spent considerable time researching and comparing how the software promised to support remote workflow management. The sales conversations and the demo matched much of what was advertised: a mostly intuitive interface, helpful calling tools, and database features geared toward organizing contacts and tasks. However, some elements were somewhat less obvious until hands-on use, like how the training unfolded and how seamless the dialer integration really was across devices. I felt that the sales team tried to be transparent, but the actual process of signing up and invoicing took a little more patience than I had anticipated. Once onboard, I appreciated that the automatic updates brought improvements without manual input, which aligned well with the idea of keeping workflows efficient. Nevertheless, a slightly clearer explanation during the sales phase about the invoice management and telephonic support policies might have helped set expectations better. In all, the effort required wasn’t excessive; it was just a sincere process that invited me to learn actively and shouldn’t deter those ready for a hands-on approach to remote software tools.
