Balance of clear instructions and occasional confusion in onboarding
The training and onboarding process was a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the initial orientation sessions provided a reasonably clear explanation of how to navigate the software features, which helped set a good foundation. The step-by-step videos were well organized and mostly easy to follow. However, certain parts of the process, especially the more technical setup steps involving integrations with the calling tools, were not as clearly explained as I had hoped. I found myself needing to revisit some sections multiple times to fully grasp the concepts. Additionally, while the training covered the core functionalities adequately, it lacked examples relating to the database feature's use in a real workflow, leaving me to figure out much by trial and error. Overall, the onboarding was structured but could benefit from more clarity in advanced areas and practical examples. The telephonic support did offer some assistance but was somewhat slow during peak hours, which was frustrating. Still, the automatic updates seemed to roll out smoothly without disrupting my work. I appreciate the effort to keep the materials comprehensive, though I expect future iterations will iron out these rough patches. This balanced perspective is based on roughly two weeks of using the platform for managing remote workflows.
