Main software ko samajhne ki koshish kar rahi thi, lekin documentation itna clearly nahi laga. Har feature alag tarah se explain kiya gaya tha aur mujhe baar baar customer support ko phone karna pada clarify karne ke liye. Onboarding flow thoda confusing tha, especially jab mujhe dialer aur database feature ko setup karne ki koshish ki. Automation bhi straightforward nahi tha, matlab mujhe manually kaafi cheezein check karni padti thi. Mujhe lagta hai ki beginner users ke liye yeh thoda zyada effort lega aur patience chahiye hoga. Agar instructions thodi zyada clear hoti toh software ko use karna kaafi aasaan hota.
