Bahut Smooth Aur Friendly Experience Thi
Mujhe pehle jo support mila tha dusre platforms pe, wo hamesha bhoat formal ya slow hota tha. Lekin is baar, jo telephonic support mila, wo bilkul alag tha; ekdum smooth aur friendly feel raha tha. Yaad hai jab main thodi si confused thi database feature ke use mein, toh call kiya aur unhone patiently mere questions ko samjha, bina kisi rush ke. Baaki kai calls ya chat attempts kiyaan, lekin wo moment sabse achha laga support ka. Pura process aisa laga jaise meri help karne ke liye sach much prepared hai, aur wo patience ke saath mera moka suniya. Matlab kabhi bhi jab technical issues aaye, dialer ya calling tools mein kisi problem par, support mujhe har baar immediately samajh ke guide karta tha. Overall, pura interaction bahut hi comfortable tha, aur mujhe laga ki main apni baatein asaani se bata sakti hoon bina kisi tension ke.
