Bahut hi frustrating experience hua mujhe
Software ko install karna mushkil tha aur access dene mein problems aa rahi thi. Jab kuch galat hua toh system ne koi clear instructions nahi diye ki kya karna hai, bas error messages aaye jo samajhna mushkil tha. Main multiple times support ko phone karti rahi, lekin feedback wait karte karte mera time waste ho gaya. Onboarding ke process mein kuch tools properly kaam nahi kar rahe the, jaise dialer baar baar disconnect ho jaata tha. Database feature se connect karne mein bhi dikkat aayi, aur har step pe mujhe same questions baar baar poochne padti thi. Automatic updates se system aur bhi zyada complex ho gaya, aur mujhe laga ki mujhe support team par zyada depend rehna padega. Sign-up aur payment process thoda better tha par software chalana itna asaan nahi tha. Isiliye main bilkul satisfied nahi thi, mujhe laga ki ye mera time bilkul barbad kar raha tha aur main aage istemal karti rahungi yeh nahi soch pa rahi hoon.
